Day One of Gluing Tubulars.

Last night I started the gluing process. I like the 3 day process over the shorter process using tape and glue. I will put 3 coats of the rims wit 24hours in between. I will also put 2 coats on the tire soon before I mount the tires to the rims.

Vittoria Mastik-One is my favorite glue of choice. I think I have tried about every glue out there and Vittoria and Conti are my 2 favorites. I am also going to try Aquaseal for the sidewalls. I picked up a tube from CyclocrossWorld.

Using a small brush makes it much easier to spread the glue evenly.



Got lots of tires to glue!
