Yesterday I hit up brown county state park for some mountain biking. It was a blast. Got almost 3 hours of riding before it got dark and I crashed. Busted my thumb real bad. I think I just sprained it real bad but it is all swollen and I have limited movement. Hope it gets better. I am not really sure what to even do about a sprained thumb. Just going to ice it and take some Advil. I recommend brown country to any mountain biker. That sh*t is sick!!!
